DOUBLE TWO-ROOM APARTMENT in the locality Ornella just 5 kilometers from Arabba and the ski lifts of the "Sella Ronda", in a very scenic area in a building of only 3 apartments, served by a road that ends about 100 meters after the house.
The building was built by reconstructing from the foundations a characteristic local house and all the architectural features of the area have been preserved; the condition can be considered, like new.
The entire property is completely isolated from the surrounding land by means of a "gully" that surrounds it on three sides.
The horizontal structures have been built with wooden beams with "bilama" construction to prevent the movement of the wood itself. The exterior walls are insulated with Baumit "coat" panels (flown in from Austria).
The roof, also made of wood, is made with ventilated air chambers and insulated with 3 layers of insulating material interspersed with air chambers and covered with refractory frost-proof tiles from Wirer.
